Returns and refunds
✔ Right of withdrawal — standard products
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Code.

The product must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method chosen for the purchase.

Personalised stickers, such as products with names or custom graphics, cannot be returned, as provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, except in the case of production defects.

Each element can be applied individually, allowing you to create a personalised design.
The overall size of the set is 96 x 16 cm (as shown in the image).
The pack includes:
- a spatula to aid application
- clear instructions for simple and fun installation
We recommend applying the stickers to smooth, clean and dry walls, and waiting 2–3 weeks after painting before proceeding.
Once in place, you should clean the stickers using only a cloth and water; do not use alcohol, detergents or other solvents.
The individual elements are carved and therefore applied individually, creating the composition you prefer!
This sticker is handcrafted in Italy and will be printed only when ordering, so as not to waste material and protect the environment.
