✔ Right of withdrawal (standard products)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To request a return:

• Provide your order number
• Wait for our confirmation and return instructions

The product must be:

• Unused
• In perfect condition
• In its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

❌ Custom products

Custom-made wall stickers (for example with names or personalized designs) cannot be returned, as stated by consumer protection regulations, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
