These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered on the website www.walldecorstore.it.

2. Subject of the Contract

These Terms govern the sale of wall stickers and decorative products for children’s rooms and indoor spaces, marketed on the website www.walldecorstore.it (hereinafter “Wall Decor Store”).

By placing an order, the user fully accepts these Terms.

3. Product Characteristics

Products are described and presented on the website as accurately as possible.

Images are for illustrative purposes:

  • They may slightly differ in color due to screens and devices
  • Photographic settings are for representational purposes only
  • Dimensions and technical specifications are indicated on the product page

4. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping is always free.
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The applicable prices are those indicated before and at the time of the order.

5. Purchase Process

To place an order, the user must:

  • Select the product
  • Add it to the cart
  • Fill in the required details
  • Choose a payment method
  • Confirm the order

The contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation email.

Wall Decor Store reserves the right to refuse orders in case of:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information
  • Payment issues
  • Product unavailability

6. Payment Methods

7. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the user.

Shipments are dispatched from Italy.

Estimated order preparation time: 1–3 days for standard products.

Shipping time: varies depending on the courier and destination, from 1 to 3 days.

Total estimated delivery time: 2–6 business days.

Unforeseeable delays do not imply direct liability of the seller, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:

  • Package integrity
  • Any visible damage
  • Any anomalies related to shipping or packaging must be reported within 48 hours

8. Right of Withdrawal

According to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from receiving the product. Withdrawal must be communicated via email to: info@walldecorstore.it

The product must be returned:

  • Intact
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Exclusion of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products (e.g. stickers with personalized names), as provided by Article 59 of the Consumer Code. The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses.

9. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty of conformity, pursuant to Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code.

In case of lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Price reduction
  • Refund (where applicable)

10. Liability

The seller is not responsible for:

  • Improper use of the product
  • Application not in accordance with instructions
  • Damage resulting from installation on unsuitable surfaces
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the surface is suitable for application

11. Intellectual Property

All website content (images, texts, graphics, design) is the property of Novanta snc di Venerucci C. & C. and protected by copyright law. Reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without written authorization.

12. Privacy

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Italian law. For disputes involving consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile. Pursuant to Article 14 of EU Regulation No. 524/2013, users are informed that in case of dispute they may submit a complaint via the European Commission’s ODR platform available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
